Back in 23rd of December 2022 Marin Teknikk entered into an Agreement with Chevalier Floatels, in the Netherlands, for redesign and engineering of the 80m MT6007 former Seabed Logging Vessel into W2W SOV and Offshore Support Vessel (Accommodation) duties.
The vessel has been arranged with Gangway for transfer of personnel (W2W), hangar and deck space for containers w/equipment for maintenance, installation, and support for the offshore energy industry. The vessel is arranged with accommodation for 72 POB and built to be in compliance with SPS certificate. The Class approval is carried out by BUREAU VERITAS.
This intensive conversion has been carried out at Holland Shipyards and the vessel is now under contract with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.
We at Marin Teknikk are proud to have been part of this successful project with Chevalier Floatels, that was delivered on time according to agreement.
