Marin Teknikk AS has entered into a contract with a Chinese yard for design & engineering delivery for a large Multipurpose Diving Support & Construction Vessel to Ultra Deep Solutions (UDS) in Singapore. The vessel will be of the MT6027 DSCV design (“The Red Class”), with an 18 men twin bell saturation system, for operations down to 300 meters.
When Marin Teknikk signed a Expedition Yacht contract in spring 2013, we were unsure if this was a "one of a kind" or if it could be the start of several ship design to this market. It is therefore with great pleasure that we can confirm this new contract between Graeme Hart and Kleven on another vessel of this class, type MT5006 MkII.

I en del år har vi studert utvinning av ressurser / mineraler på havbunnen her på Marin Teknikk. Dette på grunn av den kjensgjerning at det finnes store resurser som venter på å bli utvunnet. Berre en liten del er utforsket og på dette området er det allerede gjort mange interessante funn. Utfordringen er å kunne utvinne dette på en bærekraftig måte, både med tanke på økonomi og miljø.
Surf Supporter, former Greatship Leela, is a MT6012 MkII design which has undergone a comprehensive rebuilding by adding sponsons to the hull. The vessel was bought by Go Offshore before the rebuilding, and will be ready for deployment shortly.
During the ONS week in Stavanger, Marin Teknikk launched new web pages for the company. The new web pages are made in close cooperation with Fantastiske Osberget in Ulsteinvik, running the latest version of Osberget CMS.
The new web pages are made with responsive design which adjusts the pages correctly to any platform, including cellphones and tablets.
Thanks to the new CMS platform we have achieved functional and open web pages placing the customer in focus. It should be easy to navigate and find relevant information, and also easier to get in contact with the company.

For more than 10 months ago Marin Teknikk entered an agreement with Maersk Supply Service A/S (MSS) in Copenhagen about designing and development of a Subsea Support project, following MSS plans for renewal of their fleet for Oil and Gas industry, including the renewable energy offshore sector.
Marin Teknikk has now entered an agreement with the Chinese company Cosco (Dalian) Shipyards Co. Ltd. (CS) about delivery of Design and Engineering for four large Multi-functional Subsea Support vessels plus options for an additional pair of vessels. The vessels are of the MT6027 design and will be arranged for cable laying and umbilical’s, as well as cranes for subsea projects.
Marin Teknikk has signed a new shipbuilding contract with Kleven for design of a MPSV vessel for Malaysian based IES Pioneer Ltd. The contract for the new vessel is of the MT 6015 MPSV design, and will be outfitted with a crane, helideck and FiFi II. Delivery will be in September 2015.
Norway's Kleve shipyard has signed a contract with Olympic Shipping for the building of an Inspection Maintenance Repair vessel of MT6021 MkII design.
MT6022 XL “Norshore Atlantic’’, designed by Marin Teknikk, is nominated for OSJ Awards 2014. The vessel is nominated in the category of the OSJ Support Vessel of the Year. Awarded to the owner, designer and builder of an offshore support vessel delivered in the past calendar year which is considered to have set an industry benchmark through innovative design and efficient operation.
Olympic Shipping AS has entered into a new contract with Kleven Verft AS for building of a IMR vessel with MT6021 design. This contract consolidates Olympics market position as one of the leading ship owner in the subsea segment.

Ltd., for design & engineering delivery of a large Diving & Construction Vessel to Mermaid Offshore Services Company Ltd., in Bangkok, Thailand. The vessel will be of the MT6024 DSCV design with an 18 men double diving bell saturation system, for operations down to 300 meters.
Marin Teknikk AS has entered into a contract with China’s Yantai Raffles Offshore Limited (CIMC Raffles), for design & engineering delivery of a large Well Intervention Vessel to Norshore, in Sotra, Norway. The vessel will be of the MT6028 design with a complete installation of oil well drilling equipment.
